Bryan W. Dillon. . .
Partner
Bryan is primarily a business law litigator, but also represents clients in transactional matters such as entity formation, contract review/negotiations and all aspects of general business law. He has represented some of the largest franchisee associations in the country as well as single unit franchisees and sole proprietorships. He has amassed a superb trial record that is reflective of his outstanding analytical skills, thorough preparation and ability to convincingly present his clients' cases. More importantly, his superior abilities in the courtroom have regularly produced favorable settlements for his clients, without the need of costly trials.
He is a Graduate of The Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University, the fifth oldest law school in the country, which has one of the most highly regarded litigation programs. He also attended summer sessions at both The University of Strasbourg School of Law (France) and The University of Vienna School of Law (Austria) where he studied under the Honorable Sandra Day O'Connor. At Dickinson, he was Senior Editor of the Dickinson Journal of Environmental Law & Policy. Upon graduation, he was honored with the William H. Dodd Award -- Dickinson's ethics award presented to the graduating senior who best exemplifies the highest ideals of the legal profession.
Bryan also brings abundant business and legal experience from before he began practicing law. While attending law school, he earned his certification to appear in court. As a certified legal intern, he prosecuted numerous trials and hearings for both the York County (Pennsylvania) and Marin County (California) District Attorney's Offices. Prior to law school, he worked as a legislative assistant to the Pennsylvania Senate Majority Leader, where he played an integral part in the drafting of Pennsylvania's legislation and budget. Following that, he was president of Atlantic Imports, Inc., an international import/export company that was among the first U.S. corporations to establish regular trade between Russia and the United States. A former Officer and Director of a multi-national corporation, Bryan has a unique perspective regarding a corporation's legal and business interests.
Bryan is licensed to practice in California, and admitted to practice before the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, and all the Federal District Courts in California.
